FY26 Legislative Bonus

Update: Tool Configuration & Data Refresh May 22

Two configuration updates are being implemented in the tool to better align with bonus eligibility requirements:

  • Salaried Quasi Employees: Updated bonus proration based on the employee's current standard hours
  • Written Notices: Additional system blocks for notices issued as of May 26, 2025 (affects a small subset of employees with notices from previous jobs)

To reflect these changes, a tool refresh is scheduled for Friday, May 22, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Updated data will be available for review immediately following the refresh.

All agencies must log into the Cardinal Legislative Salary Increase Tool to complete one of the following actions:

  • Review and confirm bonus data, OR
  • Opt out of using the tool.

Important! Complete all HR transactions prior to Thursday, May 28, 2026, 8:00 p.m.

Changes keyed after Thursday, May 28, will neither remove nor add system blocks.
