About Nest

Nest, a Cardinal Learning tool, is used to deliver training for the new Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM) application.

Nest will provide foundational learning for your successful transition to the Cardinal HCM application. It provides access to training through two different formats: self-paced Web-Based Training (WBT) and Instructor-Led Training, both Virtual and In-Person.
