Open Enrollment: Health Plans & FSAs

During the annual Open Enrollment period, you have the opportunity to change your health plan elections or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). These elections are made in Cardinal.

Important Reminders

• No Changes or Updates? If you are keeping your current health plan, do not need to add or remove dependent(s) coverage, and do not want an FSA, no action is required in Cardinal. Your health plan coverage will carry over automatically.
• FSA Re-enrollment: Flexible Spending Accounts do not roll over. You must re-enroll every year to maintain this benefit.
• Paper Forms: If you are unable to use Cardinal to make your elections, you may complete a paper enrollment form and submit it to your Benefits Administrator.
