New for the Commonwealth: Cardinal Human Capital Management

The Cardinal HCM application is being deployed in three phases: 
•    Release 1 agencies and localities went live in October 2021
•    Release 2 agencies and localities went live on April 4, 2022
•    Release 3 agencies and localities will go live in the fall of 2022

About Cardinal HCM

The Cardinal Project has teamed up with state agencies and localities to connect the Commonwealth of Virginia with a modern system for human resource, health benefit, time and attendance, and payroll administration.  Cardinal HCM will replace statewide systems and consolidate everything into one system.
