The Change Network is the organization of agency representatives that include the Cardinal Project, Readiness Liaisons, Change Network Members, and the Agency itself. This network is responsible for supporting the change effort and agency adoption of Cardinal Human Capital Management (HCM).
Various responsibilities of the Change Network include:
- Communicating throughout the project
- Attending workshops and meetings
- Completing readiness tasks
- Addressing questions and concerns
- Identifying and responding to business process changes
